About Us

Darmah Group began its journey in 1978 as an inland lorry agent, transporting fertilizer and cement throughout the southern region of Johor. With the dedication and hard work of the Wong brothers, the business continued to grow steadily over the years. In 1988, Darmah Transport Sdn Bhd was incorporated with a paid-up capital of RM1 million.

During the rapid economic growth of the 1990s, Darmah Transport further strengthened its presence in the transportation industry, specialising in the distribution of fertilizers for major manufacturers as well as building materials throughout Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. In 1992, we established a branch office in Klang to support the growing demand in Selangor and improve our operational efficiency.

In 2005, Darmah expanded its range of services to include freight forwarding, customs clearance and other shipping solutions, allowing us to provide more comprehensive logistics support to our customers.

In 2008, Darmah Haulage Sdn Bhd was established to provide container haulage services, handling container movements to and from Johor Port and the Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP).

To streamline and centralise our operations, Darmah Transport and Darmah Haulage relocated their offices next to each other in Pasir Gudang in 2016. Strategically located close to Johor Port and many of our customers, our Pasir Gudang base allows us to coordinate our operations more efficiently and provide timely services to our customers.

From our beginnings as an inland lorry agent in 1978, Darmah has grown into an established logistics company providing reliable and efficient transportation and logistics solutions. Throughout the years, we have remained committed to building long-term relationships with our customers through dependable service, safety and trust.
